Princess Mails Terms Of Service (updated 21 November 2009)
By signing up and actively using the
Princess Mails program you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.
Princess Mails may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement
and impose changes without prior notification of its members. Members will
be informed of any and all changes to this policy via an e-mail to their primary
contact e-mail address provided upon signing up with
Princess Mails. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate
this agreement. Your continued participation in the
Princess Mails program following our posting of a change in policy notice or new agreement on
our site will constitute binding acceptance to the change.
There is no need to invest in Princess Mails to be an member in any time.
Responsibility of Members:
You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in this program. Our program
is open to both US and International affiliates and is void where prohibited by
local governing laws.
You agree to and must use your own name and e-mail address in the sign-up process and may not assume a false identity.
You may not assume a false address, false country. (address should have a house- or apartment number)
You have to use readable fonts (letter type).
You may not sign-up multiple times! So if you have more than one account, all accounts will be suspended
You may not sign-up multiple times with different e-mail addresses.
You must have your own paymentprocessorID, so no shared ones!
Your computer must not be shared with another individual that
has an existing Princess Mails account.
Your IP-adress must not be shared with another individual that has an existing Princess Mails account.
Your adress must not be shared with another individual that has an existing Princess Mails account.
You will use your e-mail address / password combination to access your account, it is your responsibility to keep this information confidential, you may change this information by logging into your account and following the "User Account Info." link.
You are solely responsible for any and all use of your Princess Mails account including authorization by you to any third party individual who may use your account.
You can not use cloaking devices.
You can not use any automated outside software to earn money.
Any other reasons not listed here but with the same intend wil be subject to the same consequenses.
You are NOT allowed to sell your account
You are NOT allowed to sell ads, which are part of your account (like redemptions)
You're account may not have a negative balance (due to clicking cheat and/or English test links), otherwise your account will be suspended!
Do not bookmark any page on the site other then the main site. Especially not PTC pages. These page names are changed from time to time, and if you are found accessing pages that do not have a direct link from the account menu, or anywhere else on the site, your account will be suspended.
Should any instances of fraud, system abuse, or any type of activity deemed to
be inappropriate or illegal by
Princess Mails be detected it may result in member termination and possible legal action. Any
solicitation of advertisers for a confirmation e-mail for purposes of receiving
credit in your account will be grounds for immediate termination.
You must maintain your e-mail account that you used when signing up with Princess Mails. You agree to receive e-mail advertising from Princess Mails limited to no more than (100) per day.
Princess Mails uses turingnumbers, to see if you are reading and are a human being and not a click bot. When you have more than 10 bad turning numbers clicks, your account will be suspended
In the event your e-mail account on file becomes closed or blocked to messages from Princess Mails, your account will be terminated. This especially applies to e-mail accounts returned for being Full. Any member sending us gibberish will result in automatic termination of account and Forfeiture of All earnings to date of termination.
Auto-responses will also be deleted immediately.
If you not clicked a link for more the 30 days, or logged in your account, you will be considered inactive, this is for all members (free and upgraded ones). This will result in losing your account.
After 35 days we will delete all inactive members. You will loose all your earnings, referrals and referral earnings. This can not be turned back!!
Relationship of the Parties:
You and Princess Mails
are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between you and
Princess Mails. You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or
make any representations on behalf of
Princess Mails. You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would
contradict anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting
and payment of any taxes for money earned while using the program.
You understand that you do not have to pay any amount at Princess Mails. Princess Mails. or its representatives in order to be a member of the Princess Mails pay to read program.
Limitation of Liability:
Princess Mails will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other
indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of
or related to this Agreement or
Princess Mails
program, even if
Princess Mails
has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore,
Princess Mails
aggregate liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of
the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The provisions of
this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement.
Activity Requirements
-- Free members not using ptp/affiliate pages must click a minimum of 50 clicks every 30 days (any combination of email, ptc..etc) and have $0.10 in personal earnings for each $1.00 in downline earnings in order to request payout.
-- All Upgraded/Affiliate pages/PTP members must click a minimum of 150 clicks every 30 days (any combination of email, ptc..etc) and have $0.10 in personal earnings for each $1.00 in ptp/aff page & downline earnings in order to request payout.
Payments:
Pay attention that:
Your account is in "good shape" meaning that all fields in your membersection are filled with real details (so no dgdgdgd, ardsggdd in name, address,country, adresses have housenumbers, etc)
If your account isn't in "good shape":
first time we don't pay you, and you know something is wrong with your account!
second time: we won't pay you and you will be deleted!
If you're not paid, you can change your details to real ones!
Affiliates may earn by receiving paid-emails and visiting the advertiser websites
after they have entered their member ID in the area on the website provided by
Princess Mails. Affiliates may earn by referring new affiliates to the
Princess Mails
program. Affiliates will earn a percentage of advertising revenues collected by Princess Mails.
Point ads: 7 % and Cash ads: 7 %
Princess Mails
will pay affiliates when their balance reaches the minimum payout rate set by
Princess Mails. Once the member has reached payout they may request payment. Payments will be made with AlertPay, and after withdrawing by member.
After your payment request is made and your account is in good-standing we will issue payment to you within 30 days.
Princess Mails is not liable for any other payment processor accounts other then their own. If we pay your membership earnings to the account you inserted in our payprocessor (we can not change this either pay to the account or delete the request) and that account is incorrect, in any way blocked and or not accessible for you, Princess Mails or it representatives can not be held liable for losses you make.
If and when you think we made a payment and we made a mistake you can ask us politely to investigate. We will do that if and when you are incorrect and there is no fault on our part we will charge a 50% fee on the paid amount. On the other hand if the mistake is ours we will ad 50% to the amount requested. The minimum payout is in AlertPay the minimum amount is 2,00 dollar and Paypal the minimum amount is $ 2,00 for free Members. All earnings are subject to investigations off origin. If any earnings are related to funds gained illegal the account will be deleted as per the terms on cheating above
Cheat links and English test links:
Cheat and English test links will be sent at the discretion of the Webmaster.
All Cheat and English test links will have a 25 second timer.
Should the timer expire, the following steps will apply:
1st - 10th cheat links clicked....deducts $0.01 or $0.05 from account (per click)
11th cheat link clicked.....loss of earnings, downline and your account will be deleted
The following pages will not be accepted in all cases on princessmails:
Advertised Sites cannot display pornography, adult content or graphics, sexual or erotic material or contain links to such content
Advertised Sites cannot be libelous or defamatory in nature
Advertised Sites must not contain or link to software piracy
Advertised Sites cannot be used for software trading (warez)
Advertised Sites must not contain or link to any form of illegal activity (i.e., how to build a bomb, hacking, 'phreaking', etc.)
Advertised Sites cannot contain gratuitous displays of violence, obscene or vulgar language, and abusive content or content which endorses or threatens physical harm
Advertised Sites must not promote any type of hate-mongering (i.e., racial, political, ethnic, religious, gender-based, sexuality-based or personal, etc.)
Advertised Sites cannot participate in or transmit inappropriate newsgroup postings or unsolicited e-mail (spam)
Advertised Sites must not promote any type of illegal substance, paraphernalia or activity with illegal, false or deceptive investment advice and money-making opportunities
Advertised Sites cannot be under construction, incomplete or contain little original content
Advertised Sites must not contain any type of content that reasonable public consensus deems to be improper or inappropriate
Advertised Sites cannot be other Paid to Promote pages!
Spam:
You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING),
newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your affiliateship with Princess Mails and may result in legal prosecution.
Princess Mails strictly enforces anti-Spamming laws. Spamming is a federal crime. Any member
caught Spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be held liable for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may arise from
the Spamming incident.
Princess Mails may charge up to $5 per spam e-mail sent. Multiple sign-ups shall be grounds for
immediate termination of all involved accounts. Signing up multiple times from the same computer also constitutes fraud.
Princess Mails
will file charges for recovery of any earnings received from multiple sign-ups.
Note:
If you do not agree with the above terms then you may not join Princess Mails. If a member violates the above terms their membership will be terminated.
Princess Mails does not accept banners of adult, racial, discriminatory or illegal content. This includes, but is not limited to warez, racial and/or porn sites!
ADDED ON 5/1/09 NO NEW MEMBERS FROM CHINA OR INDIA! Existing members from China or India MUST have verified Paypal account to request payout..
